Tom has over 33 years experience in the employee benefits field. He spent 3 years as a group representative for Aetna, specializing in Life, AD&D, LTD, Medical and Dental sales and account management. His long career with the Epoch Group, one of the leading Third Party Administrators in the country, included 30 years as a consultant, broker, underwriter and senior manager with the last 16 years as President. In Addition, Tom has served on the executive advisory board from numerous Organizations, reinsurance carriers, data and medical management firms.
Pat DuFaux - Account Executive
Pat has over 29 years experience in the employee benefits field. 14 years of technical experience in claim administration as well as 8 years of account management and 7 years as a senior operations manager, give her a well rounded background to assist you with many aspects of employee benefit management.
